Fees

Our initial session will be spent getting to know you, and determining the best course of action.

• Initial Interview (30 minutes) – $75
• Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes) – $150-$175
• Couples Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes) – $175-$200

We offer a sliding scale for those unable to pay full fee.  We would discuss this at our first meeting.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. You may pay with cash, or credit/debit card.

Insurance

Innovative Supportive Services, LLC accepts Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). If you insurance other than Horizon BCBS and would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
